Winter outing in Aneto and Les Maladetas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Last week, the high mountain group “S\u00d3LLER BEN AMUNT”<\/strong> embarked on a new expedition to the heart of the Pyrenees, this imposing mountain range that serves as the natural border between Spain and France. The classic winter outing of January. <\/p>\n\n

The first stage of the adventure took them to the Aragonese Pyrenees, where they established their base in the Refuge of the Renclusa, near Benasque. This refuge, strategically located at the foot of the mountains. The cozy atmosphere of the refuge, combined with the good atmosphere of the group, created an ideal climate for adventure and fun. <\/p>\n\n

The favorable meteorology smiled at them, offering them clear and sunny days that allowed them to fully enjoy the majesty of the Pyrenees. With optimal conditions, the group ventured into the challenging Aneto, the highest peak in the mountain range with its imposing 3,404 meters high. Ascent to Aneto is a demanding challenge at any time of the year, but the addition of winter conditions added an extra level of difficulty and excitement to the company. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

Despite finding stretches of hard snow due to a lack of recent rainfall, the team demonstrated their skill and determination as they slowly ascended to the summit. Finally, after overcoming the famous and feared Mohammed Pass<\/em>, they reached the summit of Aneto, where they were received by panoramic views of those that leave you breathless. <\/p>\n\n

But the adventure did not end here. Encouraged by their success at Aneto, the group set out to conquer another challenge: Maladeta, another impressive peak that exceeds 3,000 meters in altitude. With renewed determination and team spirit, they moved towards this new goal, facing steep terrain and variable conditions. <\/p>\n\n

Throughout the week, the group demonstrated remarkable cohesion and companionship, alternating moments of concentration and effort with laughter and fun. Each member contributed their grain of sand and skills, contributing to the collective success of the expedition. For some, such as Llu\u00eds, it was the opportunity to reach its first peak of 3,000 meters, while for others, such as Joan, Xisco and Andreu, it was an opportunity to add new peaks to their list of mountain experiences. <\/p>\n\n

With the end of the week, it was time to say goodbye to the Pyrenees, although the memories of this adventure will last a long time. Looking to the future, the group is already fighting options for their next winter adventure in the Pyrenees. <\/p>\n\n
