About the Group

How does the Training Group work?

Personalized Planning

After completing the initial form and having a chat with your coach, we’ll create a plan just for you – fully adapted to your level, goals, and schedule.

Weekly plans

Each Sunday evening, your weekly training sessions will be delivered via a mobile app that syncs seamlessly with your sports watch.

Face-to-Face Session

On Wednesdays, we train together! The rest of the days, everyone follows their own plan, although often we coordinate to meet up.

WEEKENDS

What better way to end the week than spending a few hours exploring the Serra de Tramuntana with Training Group friends?

Regular Communication

Sunday is the day we connect with you to answer any questions and find out how your week went, so we can plan the next one accordingly.
